Your executive will strive to provide effective administration of Terrace Minor Hockey based upon a solid foundation of Bylaws and Policies, and an emphasis upon communication amongst our members. We will promote effective skills development programs. We will ensure that our house league is recognized as our foundation and that our House League provides all players an opportunity to develop their skills and have fun while playing hockey. We will assist our Rep Teams to be competitive, to be fairly represented in Association decisions and ensure the Rep Teams represent the philosophy of Terrace Minor Hockey

Terrace Minor Hockey will provide the best opportunities possible to minor hockey players to compete in their own age group in an organization designed to teach all players the fundamentals of hockey, so that they can play to the best of their abilities. Our coaching will develop both team and individual skills. Terrace Minor Hockey will support the ongoing development of all officials and coaches through seminars and approved clinics. All players, coaches, officials, parents and Executive will emphasize that hockey provides players a team game to compete for fun and to achieve good sportsmanship and character development
